Any personal information you provide to us such as your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be sold to any third parties.  However, Sycamore Township is a public office as defined under the Ohio Public Records Act, and therefore your personal information is subject to disclosure to third parties in response to a public records request.

The Sycamore Township is not responsible for the content of external internet sites. You are advised to read the privacy policy of any external sites before disclosing any personal information.

Social Media Terms of Use

The purpose of Sycamore Township’s social media accounts is to share timely news and information about Township services and events and to share similar information of public interest to Township residents, businesses, and visitors.

The Township will attempt to respond to messages within a reasonable time during normal business hours. However, please be aware that this site is not monitored 24 hours a day/7, days a week. If you need a timely response, you should contact the responsible Township official or department directly during business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, at (513) 791-8447.

Likewise, if a person or entity believes that there is an appropriate basis to make a complaint against the Township or its officials, representatives, or employees or against any third party, such person or entity should file any complaint directly with the responsible Township official or department. This page is also not an appropriate means of complying with any requirements of law or notice provisions set forth by law or by agreement. This page is designed solely for the informational purposes described above and not for the conduct of other official Township business.

As a public entity, Sycamore Township must abide by certain standards to serve all its constituents in a civil and unbiased manner.
