Cincinnati Mayor John Cranley, City Manager Paula Boggs Muething, and Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) Executive Director, Cathy Bailey have initiated the GCWW Economic Hardship Water Debt Forgiveness Program.

The Water “Forgiveness Program” is helping GCWW customers in Sycamore Township avoid water shutoffs at their homes. GCWW is forgiving past-due amounts related to water and City of Cincinnati stormwater services accrued during the pandemic during the period of March 1, 2020 through September 30, 2020.

Customers can apply via hard copy and mail/email back to GCWW or complete an application online at Forgive.myGCWW.org .
