NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED CONSENT DECREE

Pursuant to RC Section 505.07, Sycamore Township is a party to Hamilton County, Ohio Case No. A 1904001 and is considering settling the aforementioned case via a court-approved consent decree.  Accordingly, Sycamore Township is providing notice that it will hold a public hearing to obtain public comment concerning the proposed consent decree on February 2nd, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.  The location of the public hearing is 8540 Kenwood Road, Cincinnati, Ohio in the Board of Trustees’ meeting room. The above-referenced proposed consent decree is and will be available for inspection by the public during regular business hours in the Sycamore Township Fiscal Officer’s Offices until the above-referenced public hearing occurs.
