1. Pre-application meeting
The applicant is encouraged to meet with the Township to discuss the proposal. During this meeting, the Township will provide access to any approved plans for the surrounding area.

Please contact the Township offices for the particular filing process depending on the proposal being applied for-

1. Completed typed application
2. Typed letter of intent addressed to the board, containing the description of the proposed use, an explanation of why the property is no longer suited for the current use or zoning classification and reasoning wy this proposal would benefit the Township and the surrounding residents
3. Application fee
4. Renderings - 10 copies of 11"x17" and 2 copies of 24" x36"
