Rules:

1. 25.00 deposit and rental fee are required to confirm reservations-
   
2. Only one shelter may be rented at a time-
3. Park Director must approve any use of the ball fields in advance-
   
4. Fees are due thirty (30) days in advance to guarantee shelter-
   
5. Live music/bands are not permitted as part of the shelter permit-
   Any music must be played at a modest volume so as not to affect others
   
6. Clean up of the shelter area is the responsibility of the permit holder-
   The $25.00 deposit fee will be returned if the shelter area is left in a good order
7. Any changes must be made by the Township Trustees-

Shelter Fees:
Township residents (any day) - $25.00
Non Township residents (any day) - $100.00

Bechtold Lodge

We regret to inform you that on Sunday, September 25th, in the early morning hours, a fire seriously damaged Bechtold Lodge.  The sustained damage to the lodge has made it impossible to schedule any future events.   Subsequently the lodge was torn down in August 2006 and plans for a new "super shelter" are in the planning stages.
