Yes, anyone going door to door soliciting business or selling items, must register at the Administration Building and go through a police check to receive a permit. The charge for a 90-day permit is $75.00.

- Board of Trustees meetings are the first and third Thursday of the month at 7:00 PM
- Boards of Zoning Commission meetings are held the second Monday of the month at 7:00 PM
- Board of Zoning Appeals meets the third Monday of the month at 7:00 PM
- The Parks Committee meets the second Monday of the month at 7:00 PM at The Bechtold Lodge

- Storm Damage - pick up is contingent upon the Fire Chief's decision to declare a storm and the resident calling the Township Administration Building and reporting the damage within 48 hours.
- Leaf pick up - during the fall. (See Township News for the schedule)
- Brush Pick Up - you can place a work order at the Township Administration Building (791-8447) for pick up of brush. The fee is $50 per truckload and pick up is usually within 3-5 working days.
- Trash Pick Up - unwanted items/broken items - you can place a work order at the Township Administration Building (791-8447) for pick up of trash. The fee is $100 per truckload and pick up is usually within 3-5 working days. Exceptions are paint, tires, batteries, hazardous waste, household chemicals, yard waste, air conditioners and refrigerators with freon evacuation and tagged.
- Trash Bash - once a year we have a collection of miscellaneous items at a designated date and time. (see Township Newsletter for details)
- Chipping Program - the first full Saturday and Sunday of designated months during the year, residentsof the Township may bring branches to be chipped for no charge behind the Township Maintenance Department at 8540 Kenwood Road. (See Township Newsletter for details)
