Rob Molloy began his career at Sycamore Township in
March 1976 as a laborer in the Maintenance Department.
Promoted to several positions including truck driver,
equiptment operator, ball field coordinator and foreman.
Subsequently he was appointed to Superintendent in 1985.
Responsibilities included maintenance of roads, parks,
buildings and cemeteries. In 1989 he was appointed
to Assistant Administrator in addition to duties of
the Superintendent. Served as Interim Administrator
on several occasions and was appointed to Township Administrator
in July of 2006. |

William Jetter-Fire

The Fire Chief is a member of the Township Management Team with specific responsibilities for directing the activities and personnel of the EMS & Fire Department. He performs all administrative and operational work in the protection of life and property from fires, in the direction of fires and in the overall management of emergency medical services. Chief Jetter acts as the Chief Command Officer at major incidents in the Township and supervises the numerous personnel involved in the incident scene. The fire Chief investigates the source and circumstances of fire to detect their causes and directs the inspection of buildings and other properties for fire hazards. He ensures department compliance with all applicable laws and standards governing the EMS & Fire program and personnel of the Department. Chief Jetter develops all community EMS & Fire programs such as CPR and the Vial of Life. |

The Zoning Administrator is responsible for oversight
and management of the land use planning and zoning
functions of the Township. The Zoning Administrator
is responsible for the enforcement of the Township's
Zoning Resolution.
The Zoning Administrator staffs the Board of Zoning
Appeals and the Zoning Commission. While serving as
staff to these boards, the Zoning Administrator exercises
independent judgment based on the interpretation of
the land use plan, zoning codes and the needs and
best interests of the Township. The Zoning Administrator
will also serve as the Township's liaison to appropriate
Hamilton County agencies, and other organizations
as determined by the Township Administrator or Board
of Trustees. Mr. Bickford is a graduate of the University
of Cincinnati College of Design, Art, Architecture
and Planning in 1996, with a degree in Urban Planning
and Design and a minor in Information Systems. Four
years of public service throughout various organizations,
including Miami Valley Regional Planning in Dayton,
OH, the city of Milford, and the Butler County Department
of Development. |

Mike McKeown-Parks

Mike McKeown, a lifelong Sycamore Township resident, has served as Parks and Recreation director since 1995. His duties include scheduling and issuing permits for all Township parks and facilities; working with the Maintenance Department on the upkeep of over 70 acres of park grounds, fields and facilities; serving as the liaison between the Trustees and individual residents as well as neighborhood, church and civic groups; and working with the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee. He also directs all sponsored recreational events, including the Festival in Sycamore, the 5K Challenge and the Sunday Evening Concerts. |

| Corporal Kristy Fritz
Sycamore Township Sheriff’s Liaison

On August 30, 2005 Corporal Kristy Fritz was appointed the new Township Liasion Officer for the Township by the Board of Trustees and the support of the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department. Just like her predecessor, she is employed by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office, where she has been a Sheriff's Deputy for 13 years. Assigned to the Hamilton County Justice Center from 1992-1993, Kristy was promoted to the Road Patrol Division in 1993 in District 3, where she has served in Sycamore Township since that time. Corporal Fritz graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1992 with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. She then graduated from the Ohio Peace Officer's Training course in January of 1993. She is a certified Crime Prevention Officer as well as a certified D.A.R.E officer. |

Betsy has
been with the Township since 1995. She is responsible
for all accounting and budgeting functions; treasury
and debt management; benefits administration; risk
management and purchasing. Betsy obtained a BS in
Education from the Ohio State University and an MBA
from Xavier University .
