Planning on a new driveway? If your driveway empties onto a county street, please contact the Hamilton County Engineers Department at (513) 946-4250 for the proper permits. If your driveway empties onto a Township road a permit may be needed. There are no fees involved; however a permit may be required. All driveways and improvements must be a minimum of five (5) feet from any utility pole, fire hydrant or catch basin.
